You will need to create a new Ad Account with your preferred new time zone.
If you need to keep running your current Facebook ads, you may want to wait until all your campaigns are finished to complete the time zone update.
UPDATE YOUR FACEBOOK AD ACCOUNT TIME ZONE – STEPS
Login as an Admin to your Facebook Business settings and follow the below steps:
- Go to the Facebook Ad Accounts page.
- Click on the blue button “Add“
- Then scroll down and click on “Create a New Ad Account“

- Click on the blue text link that reads “Change time zone”

- Select your new time zone.
- Viola! You now have changed your Facebook Ad Account time zone! A new Facebook Ad Account with your new time zone will be active.
Note: Do not forget to deactivate your previous Ad Account with the old-time zone. If you have ads still running on your previous Ad Account you may want to wait for your ads to finalise and then create a new Ad Account with the new time zone.
You can change the time zone for your Facebook ad account from Facebook’s Payment settings.
When you change your time zone, this deactivates the existing ad account and stops running any ads on that ad account.
You can’t reactivate the ad account. A new ad account will be created with the new time zone.
