Find below how you can easily cancel a LinkedIn invitation already sent. You made the mistake of sending a Linkedin invitation to the wrong person or with the incorrect wording and you need to cancel it?
HOW TO CANCEL A SENT LINKEDIN INVITATION
Follow the below steps:
- Login to Linkedin: You need to login to the account you wrongly sent the Linkedin invite to someone.
- Click on “My network” section.
- Click on the “Manage all” tab
- Click on the “Sent” tab
- A list of all your “Sent” LinkedIn invitations will show up.
- Find the “Sent” invitation you want to cancel from the list
- Click on “Withdraw” next to the appropriate “sent” inviation you want to cancel.
- Viola! Your “Sent” LinkedIn invitation has been cancelled 🙂
- Relax. The person you invited won’t get notified that you canceled the invitation
