FASTFOLLOWERZ

Fastfollowers used to offer 1.000 Instagram followers for $199. Offers location targeting and blacklist keywords.

INSTAGRESS

Instagram forced them to shut down in April 2017. Price was: $79.99 a year. Allowed you to automate your account likes and comments on other Instagram profiles.

Instrack used to be a great app to check your Instagram progress on the go. It was not free, you had pay around $2.95 per feature. There are around 4 main features you pay to get the whole offering, so it will cost you approx $12 dollars.
